DAMAGE DEPOSITS

We require a damage deposit in the amount of one month’s rent.  The deposit is returned following an inspection of the vacated rental if it is determined to be in satisfactory condition.  See the sample lease for more information.

PETS

Pets are allowed at certain properties with prior written approval of the landlord.  There is an annual fee of $200 per pet.  No large animals are permitted.  Any animal on the premises is the sole responsibility of the tenant.
